Pacifics Body Balm is the Bomb! I would love to buy a large refill jug. I was touring the South Pacific with Adventures Abroad and many of the hotels used your products.

We have just returned from Fiji two days ago. It was our second stay in the islands this year and we loved our tropical holiday at Castaway Island resort. Our rooms had the pacific range of piña colada shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, which were absolutely amazing! The organic coconut and pineapple scent was so refreshing, I felt like I was in a luxurious spa everyday in the shower and my skin and hair have never felt better! I really would have loved to purchase the range from the resort to take a little bit of tropical paradise home to NZ but they unfortunately don’t retail it.

Hello, I just recently stayed at Bayshore Bungalows in Byron Bay, Australia and they supplied range of Natural Earth products. The main product that caught my attention was the Manuka honey moisturizer. It did wonders for my Eczema and dry skin! I spoke to the lady at reception and she sent me in your direction in regards to obtaining more your products. I would love to get my hands on some of the bigger 300ml bottles particularly in the Body wash and the hand cream.

I recently stayed at Sudima Hotel in Rotorua, NZ and fell in love with Natural Earth active manuka honey moisturizer. I have used what I have very sparingly but am running out of it. Is there any chance of my being able to buy it in a larger amount for my own personal use? As I see endless other people have asked, I too had a holiday in New Zealand recently and stayed in a Heritage Hotel in Auckland. On discovering your MANUKA SPA range I bought a large bottle of your body balm from the hotel as I love it! Due to the weight restrictions on the aircraft I didn't buy more. Recently I went into a local Cafe and had a Cappucino. At the table they had a variety of sugars available. I am tour coach driver and get to stay in many hotels throughout NZ. Now getting into my 50's I've notice splotches on my skin on the lower legs and arms. It is hereditary as my late father also had it. Dermatologists advise there's nothing that can be done. While staying a few times at Sudima Hotel in Rotorua I started using the "Koru Spa hydrating body balm" noting the incrediant of manuka honey, on the effected area. I'm starting to see a positive effect on the skin in that the splotches seem to be reducing. Is it possible to order from you a large tube or even a box of the small tubes that Sudima provide. Unfortunately I don't get down to Rotorua much (staying at Sudima) over the winter months, and I'm quickly running out. This is a great product, as nothing else seems to have any effect when applied onto these areas

last year i stayed at SUDIMA Hotel in Rotorua for a week and i noticed they were selling their koru spa body moisturiser at reception. We stayed at the Heritage Hotel in Hanmer Springs and really liked the range you had in there. Recently I stayed at the Kudos apartments in AKL and had the opportunity to use the - Porters Tea, Classic blend. I recently stayed at the Brooklyn Motel Inn in Hamilton.I just loved the Natural Earth shampoo so much - it has made my hair nice and shiny as well as given more body and bounce.

We recently spent three weeks in Rarotonga staying at Club Raro and whilst there my husband thoroughly enjoyed Porter’s Earl Grey tea. Warren, who doesn’t usually make a comment about what tea he is drinking, said it was the most clean and refreshing tea he had drunk in the past five years. I am a coffee drinker and have very much enjoyed the various varieties of Cafe de Sol.

Thank you for your letter. I have been trying to access information re Forest and Bird shampoo and conditioner since using it while staying at the PioPio Owls Nest Motel in May. On our return I looked for it in supermarkets and chemists with no luck, so finally phoned Forest and Bird who told me that it is supplied to motels and hotels only.

I would also like to commend Rydges on its choice of body lotion, I have multiple allergies leading to many problems and difficulties from little niggles to losing my eyesight if I have a severe reaction. I am very pleased to say that HARAKEKE Flax Oil body lotion has not had ANY effect on me whatsoever, which is rare. Not only this but it actually helps my skin! I was beginning to feel at a loss as many products that are supposed to help rejuvenate skin, unfortunately caused the opposite effect on me. My skin was beginning to look and feel like leather. I have trialled your body lotion in all circumstances which previously have caused a reaction of some description and have had no reactions bar a marked improvement in the look and feel of my skin.

I have recently been using your moisturiser, the Natural Earth AMH Moisturiser 35ml, which I got from the Best Western Ellerslie International Motor Inn we stayed at. It is very gentle and lovely on my skin, and I am very impressed with it, because I have a sensitive skin.

I thought I would give you my opinion after using the Wiru guest amenities – out at Voyages at Ayers Rock – I found the products that I used especially the Quandong/Wild Peach body wash – absolutely beautiful!  It made my skin feel so soft and alive!  As for the hair shampoo and conditioner –( I usually avoid using guest amenities on my hair at hotels because I find that the ingredients are cheap and nasty and make my hair stand on end) – however when I used your products – I found my hair to feel very soft and very manageable!  I am totally in love with these products – and would like to know if I am able to purchase them from you in a 1 or 2ltre container for my own personal use?

I have been using the Forest & Bird body lotion that was at the River Valley Rafting accommodation early this year. I finally got around to looking it up online and the only place I seem to be able to buy it is through Healthpak, but only in numerous little 35 ml bottles. Given that I'm not a hotel/accommodation owner myself, I wondered whether you knew of anywhere I could buy a single bottle of 100ml in size.

Greetings, I stayed at the Wyndham Resort in Wanaka for 10 days prior to and during Warbirds over Wanaka this Easter. I have been searching for Natural Earth Conditioning Shampoo for the last 7 months after first learning of it in Canberra Australia, as this is what every girl with fine- flyaway hair needs in the tropics of far North Queensland. I travelled to your lovely country earlier this year with my wife for a 4 week holiday, which we will never forget for all good reasons. At the start of our holiday we stayed at The Braemar Lodge Hotel & Spa, Hanmer Springs for 2 nights, a touch of luxury before collecting a campervan, which was home for the next 4 weeks. During our stay at the hotel my wife used the complimentary hydrating hand & body balm left in the hotel room. She found it lovely to use and actually kept a couple of tubes, given by fellow travellers. Since we have arrived home, she has been using the balm sparingly and each time states she wishes it was on sale in this country, as it leaves her skin feeling soft and smooth. My husband and I recently travelled the south island and whilst staying at the Baywatch Motor Lodge in Timaru, we were lucky enough to have a try of the plunger coffee which our host had supplied. It was so delicious and so easy that I decided to try to buy some. I use the plunger at home all the time but I have to get the beans then grind them and usually use too little or too much. With the 15gm pack you just tip and pour, and it always tastes lovely. I would also like to buy a box of lemon squash.

The best thing about the Natural Earth moisturizer is not only does it truly soften, moisturize and smell wonderful, it is the only moisturizer I have ever used that soothed my skin on contact!  I usually have to endure several minutes of stinging and pain when I use moisturizer but the Natural Earth felt amazingly wonderful as soon as I put it on.  It has been a godsend and I miss not being able to use it. I am currently living in the UK and while visiting home to NZ over Christmas I searched in vain to purchase some West Coast Koha Spa Hydrating Hand & Body Balm with healing & restorative Manuka Fern extract. Recently we used a hair shampoo and conditioner while staying in Fiji. We were advised the hotel obtains their products from your company. This product greatly helped my husbands hair and a rash which no medical doctor has been able to clear for him. We were wondering if you can sell your products in the United States and to individuals, not just large hotel chains. Also, do you have any dealers or stores in the United States which carry your products. We believe that the shampoo and conditioner contain coconut oils but are not sure.They smelled like coconut. "

I stayed on Tavuini Island, Fiji at Tovu Tovu resort for 12 nights. The room was stocked with De Cheri Natural personal size body soap bars. I enjoyed this soap so much I want to stock it for my home and every day usage. It was so foamy and bubbly and fun to wash with that I was sticking the small bars together to make a bigger bar. Recently I stayed at the in Sudima Hotel Rotorua where I tried the Koru Spa Honey and Manuka body balm and soap, which were available in my room. Whilst at the Outrigger Resort Fiji I used the Bebe spa shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and moisturizer. I usually suffer from dandruff but whilst at the outrigger and using the Bebe spa range I didn't seem to suffer any itching or dandruff at all. The conditioner left my hair beautiful and soft, I also made my partner use the moisturizer he was surprised that he could use it and it left no greasy after feel on his face. I totally love these products and also joked to my partner that I would sell it to my friends.

I just wanted to let you know that I stayed at a hotel in Christchurch earlier in the year and discovered one of your products, 'De Cheri Natural Violet Bath Gel'. It smells absolutely DIVINE. I have for years been trying to find something that I can use that will not make my skin break out because of how sensitive it is. I fell in love with this product. I recently stayed as a guest at Maruia Springs, and was lucky to sample some Natural Earth hotel amenities. I absolutely loved the manuka & harakeke conditioning shampoo so I took the bottle home with me. Now it’s finished and I am slightly alarmed to find that it’s not easily available in “bulk” size (not 35mLs). Is this product available for the general public? Hi Jimi, at Health Pak, Have used my last sachet of hair shampoo. I eked it out and only used it on special occasions. Would you be able to send some more samples in the little 35ml pottles what a cheek to ask again but I still dont see this product anywhere in the shops or malls. So unfair to only supply motels. Look at all the begging letters you get on the blog siight. I still say it is such a lovely product and does make your hair feel wonderful with out drying the scalp at all. I recently stayed for three nights at the "Fountainside Hotel" in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, where I stay three or four times a year while travelling on business. I would like to tell you how fantastic your product ‘Natural Earth Mineral Bath Salts’ are with the Manuka & Harakeke Oil with Rose Petals. I came across this product quite by change when we were staying at Chateau on the Park Christchurch. I have a clot in the main artery of the left leg. Now I had a lot of pain and nothing was working, I had 2 sleepless nights and could barely walk. So in desperation I put the packet of salts in the foot bath that I had saved from the hotel and guess what! Much to my amazement, an hour later the pain had gone and I could walk. That’s how good the salts are.

Recently I stayed at The George Hotel in Christchurch. Like all good kiwis I brought home the remainder of the bathroom products and have been using the bottle of moisturiser and the bath and shower gel. In my recent travels to the US, I believe it was in Augusta, Maine, that I used the samples of your Natural Earth products Shampoo, Conditioner and Moisturiser which I was very pleased with. Hello. In January of this year, we spent 3 incomparable weeks traveling in New Zealand. We stayed in 4 Rydges Hotels and had occasion to use your products. On our final day, a Sunday we were not able to purchase your wonderful products. The products I enjoyed there were individually bottled HARAKEKE FLAX OIL Hair Wash and Conditioner. The bottle print tells me they are proudly made by Health Pak, NZ and exclusively available from Rydges Hotels and Resorts. I have tried to contact the hotels by e-mail, but have not been successful in my quest. I, a retired environmental lawyer, am pleased to congratulate you for your demonstrated commitment to the environment. Resently while staying overnight in a motel in Auckland I took the opportunity to sample your Natural Earth products which were in the bathroom for motel guests to use. I was really impressed with your Natural Earth Moisturiser, I have tried many hand creams in my time (aged 77) but none can compere to your product, the look of my hands have taken on a new lease of life, no more dry patches. I have a confession, I took the small sample bottle home with me and alas my sin has caught up with me, the little Brown bottle has run dry leaving my hands desperate for a refill. I have not been able to find an outlet where I may purchase the same. While staying at a Heritage Hotel in NZ, I picked up a green tea and manuka leaf restorative bath bag infusion. I found that it had a very positive effect on the hand pain from which I have been suffering for some time. Is ths product available in the UK? Do you sell to the general public or only to hotels? I stayed on Tavuini Island, Fiji at Tovu Tovu resort for 12 nights. The room was stocked with De Cheri Natural personal size body soap bars. I enjoyed this soap so much I want to stock it for my home and every day usage. It was so foamy and bubbly and fun to wash with that I was sticking the small bars together to make a bigger bar. I have come to acquire a “Natural Earth - Manuka Honey and Harakeke Oil moisturizer” (from which Hotel – I don’t remember). However, it is a FANTASTIC product and I love it.
