Blushing Turtle Cocktail

Makes 1

Ingredients

• 45ml The Distillery Co Fiji Blue Turtle Gin
• 15ml-20ml Barker's Grapefruit(depending on how sweet you like your drink)
• 90ml tonic water

Method

1. In a tumbler fill glass with ice
2. Add gin and Barkers Pink Grapefruit
3. Add tonic water to fill
4. Garnished with dehydrated lime and an edible Bougainvillea flower

HANDY HINT:

It's only a Blushing Turtle if you use Fiji's best gin, Blue Turtle.
