NZ Blackcurrant Premium Crafted Syrup 710ml

Our fruit syrup uses South Canterbury grown blackcurrants for a bold, rich flavour.  New Zealand blackcurrants are recognised as the best in the world because of our ideal growing conditions.

Contains natural colours, flavours and made from squeezed blackcurrants.  Makes up to 5 litres of beverage (1 part syrup to 6 parts water)

OR, you could make a "Currently Sour"? The Distillery Co Fiji Blue Turtle Gin pairs beautifully with this crafter syrup.

• 60ml of Blue Turtle Gin
• 22ml ounce lime juice
• 22ml ounce Barkers Black currant syrup
•  two basil leaves
• 30ml eggwhite

Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake. Strain into a separate shaker with a hawthorn strainer, shake without ice and serve in a tumbler. Garnish with Basil leaves
